Deep fried bacon cheeseburger egg rolls

Deep fried bacon cheeseburger rolls is not something you find on every menu. At the end of railroad before you hit Sierra Pacific you’ll find a red food truck on the right side of the road that has amazing food that’s not afraid to be different.

On this day I decided to try out the eggrolls and at the last moment ordered the bacon wrapped hot dog with grilled onions.    I’m not a big hotdog fan but I had a feeling this one would be different.

The Main thing I noticed on the hotdog was the grilled up on that I came in. I know that seems like a small detail but a normal bun would’ve sucked up the juices from the onions and then a little mushy. There was crunch throughout the entire dog and it didn’t even need anything on it it was good just as it was.

The eggroll lived up to its billing. It was confusing and a Unique way that left me smiling. The fry sauce that I dipped into was actually the main star at the truck.

I asked what was in it and got a long list of items that made up this  magical sauce that I would dip my cell phone in and never complained about the taste.

Their normal hours are 10 AM to 2 PM and their pricing, food, and staff are worth the trip to try some unique food alongside some old favorites served smartly.
